We will be bringing the cash industry together the night before the main conference for an evening of music, drinks and refreshments.
This networking event will provide a great opportunity to engage with fellow experts and peers from across the banking industry.

Over the last thirty years, we have witnessed a rapid transformation in the way that people pay for goods and services. Where we used to use cash for all but our largest purchases, many people now prefer credit cards, debit cards, cryptocurrency, and electronic services like Venmo, PayPal, or Alipay. And that's not necessarily a good thing.
In this opening address, Jay Zagorsky delivers a startlingly insightful and eye-opening discussion of the harmful and unintended consequences of the demise of paper money.
Jay will cover several key themes: the resilience of cash in an uncertain world; how banks that offer cash services can improve customer retention and unlock new marketing opportunities; and how emerging technologies such as AI and quantum computing may influence future demand for cash.
The U.S. cash landscape has been shaped by a wave of consolidation and changing expectations around banking services in recent years. As FIs look to streamline operations and invest in new technologies and automation, the competitive dynamics of cash are also shifting.
In this panel, experts from the largest banks in the U.S. will discuss how competition in cash can be maintained as the market continues to mature. The conversation will explore the effects of consolidation in the current market and the role automation plays in cash operations. Panelists will also use their experiences in cash to predict future trends for the ecosystem.
With collaboration at the heart of the event, this panel discusses what is needed to preserve access to cash in an everchanging landscape.
ATM recyclers are becoming an increasingly important part of the self-service strategy, helping financial institutions improve the efficiency of cash across the cash lifecycle. As banks look to balance cost with availability, recycling technology is playing a growing role.
This session will explore how ATM recyclers are reshaping day-to-day cash management, the operational value they can deliver, and what their rise means for the future of self-service banking.
As expectations continue to evolve, how ready is your network?
Across the industry, the way organizations measure performance varies. The priorities of a leading financial institution may not always align with those of a cash-in-transit provider, but the shared goal of delivering cash as efficiently and effectively as possible remains the same.
In this session, experts from across the cash cycle will share how performance is measured within their own organizations and, importantly, what good looks like in practice. With different insights from different areas of the cash lifecycle, it will allow experts to share how success looks at different stages of their own cash cycle, and what lessons others can learn from this.
Bringing together viewpoints from across the cash cycle, the conversation will give the audience a broader understanding of how performance is managed throughout the ecosystem, while highlighting the importance of unity and better visibility around cash management.
Having strong visibility and oversight across day-to-day operations is critical to ensuring every part of the cash cycle performs as efficiently as possible. With multiple vendors, internal teams, and operational processes involved, achieving the right level of visibility can often be a challenge.
In this presentation, CMS Analytics will highlight the importance of greater visibility across cash operations and demonstrate how a more holistic view of cash can help organizations optimize existing processes and improve decision-making.
Through the recent launch of Clarify, a CMS Analytics visibility platform, organizations get end-to-end visibility from cash order amounts right through to vendor performance, while removing internal headaches and backlogs for better functioning of the system.
Across the United States, cash-in-transit providers play a critical role in keeping the cash ecosystem functioning smoothly. From servicing ATMs and branches to supporting retailers and commercial cash movement, CITs sit at the center of the operation. As expectations around service efficiency, and reliability continue to rise, their role in maintaining availability has never been more important.
In this session, we will hear from leading CIT providers on their perspectives on ensuring availability across a complex and evolving cash landscape. The discussion will explore and examine how different business models alongside the presence of new challenges and opportunities across the market are transforming day-to-day operations.
As demands on the cash ecosystem continue to grow, what will it take for CITs to maintain availability strong across the country?
The commercial cash cycle connects retailers, banks, and cash-in-transit providers. From collection and transportation at a store, to processing at the vault, every party in the cycle plays a role in ensuring cash continues to move securely and effectively.
In this panel discussion, a bank, a retailer, and a CIT provider will come together to discuss the process and movement of cash across this cycle. By bringing together perspectives from across the chain, the session will explore how each stakeholder contributes to the functioning of this triumvirate relationship.
To conclude the day, experts from leading financial institutions will come together to share their views on some of the most important big-picture issues facing the industry.
From the effects of consolidation to the evolving role of cash, panelists will react to a series of industry statements submitted by the audience as well as sharing their own insights and opinions.
This exclusive townhall brings together suppliers to explore the banking initiatives driving greater productivity and effectiveness across the cash ecosystem.
Building on from a recent industry survey, the session will provide the opportunity for attendees to share key insights and experiences.
