We are delighted to welcome Congressman Tim Moore of North Carolina as our keynote speaker. Congressman Moore’s co-sponsorship of the Payment Choice Act highlights his commitment to ensuring cash remains a viable payment option for all Americans. In his address, he will share insights on the legislative process behind the Act, its future path, and the broader importance of cash for communities and businesses in North Carolina and across the United States.
Luke Curry of CMS Analytics will examine how consolidation, outsourcing, and technology have reshaped the cash cycle — creating a more commoditized, technology-dependent, and scalable ecosystem. As provider roles have evolved, so too has the balance of control.
Fewer, larger players and more full-service models have brought new capabilities, but also new responsibilities. Banks increasingly rely on vendors for execution, while providers play a more integrated role in managing infrastructure and performance.
This presentation explores how the landscape has evolved, the opportunities and risks that come with these changes and why visibility, communication and coordination between banks and providers will be key to shaping a resilient and future-ready ecosystem for all.
Andrea Brooks of CMS Analytics will discuss the evolution of domestic cash trends and customer needs, along with the new challenges and opportunities emerging across the cash cycle.
The cash ecosystem is adapting, finding innovative solutions to address the new cash environment and better service their customers.
This panel will examine how these shifts are affecting service models and align buyers and sellers on the current state, future vision and collaborative actions required to make the cash cycle more efficient, resilient and customer centric.
Brendan Doyle of CMS Analytics addresses the increasing complexities of the cash supply chain, noting the growing pressure on financial institutions to enhance visibility and improve performance.
This presentation introduces the concept of Cash Cycle Orchestration – a fresh, holistic framework to help manage and improve the end-to-end cash lifecycle.
By combining data and technology, financial institutions can enhance visibility and control of the cash cycle. Orchestration uses a variety of tools to bring all aspects of the cash cycle together, recognizing interdependencies, ensuring visibility and driving productivity.
Lee Williamson of CMS Analytics examines the ongoing evolution of traditional self-service channels, highlighting the need for organizations to adapt their strategies to effectively integrate these tools into their networks.
We’ll share our perspective on the role orchestration plays in enabling a successful self-service strategy and how it can enhance your organization's processes.
By identifying and resolving inefficiencies in the cycle, initiatives such as replenishment, service levels, and availability, can be improved customer experience.
Robert Bujas of the Federal Reserve will discuss how, despite the rapid growth of digital payments, cash continues to play a vital role in the U.S. payments ecosystem, facilitating millions of transactions each day.
With insights into regional trends and recent industry responses, the presentation provides an overview of how cash is adapting to societal needs and the importance of maintaining a robust infrastructure that facilitates access for consumers.
With various factors influencing the industry as we know it, it is important we are positioned to embrace innovation that will improve the overall efficiency of the cash ecosystem.
The ATM ecosystem in the U.S. has long been challenged by a patchwork of settlement processes, with differences across ATM models, software, and owners creating inefficiencies and risk.
In this session, Bank of America’s Jennifer Raley and Brink’s Scott Johnson will share how the ATM Standardization Initiative is tackling this issue head-on by uniting financial institutions and the supply chain around common practices.
Through collaboration, the industry is building a simplified, model-agnostic servicing framework — reducing cost and risk, while unlocking a smoother, more consistent customer experience nationwide.
Kira Frye of CMS Analytics leads a panel exploring how financial institutions are expanding their treasury management offerings, with greater control of in-house cash services creating opportunities to strengthen client relationships and drive retention
This panel will explore how banks can create greater "stickiness" by white-labelling services such as cash ordering and deposit tracking—functions traditionally left to armored transport providers.
By owning more of the client-facing experience, FIs can improve visibility, responsiveness, and overall satisfaction. Panelists will discuss practical strategies, implementation models, and how this shift changes the client perception of their banking partner.
The Cash Leadership Forum is an advisory group assembled of senior leaders from the largest financial institutions in the United States, Canada and the UK who have a shared interest in the sustainability of cash.
This half-day workshop provides a platform for industry peers to connect and discuss the latest challenges and opportunities that are facing the industry. Through a combination of peer-led discussions, presentations and exclusive reports the forum enables attendees to share experiences and insights to identify innovative solutions to aid the efficiency of cash processes.
