Kevin Larter leads the Branch Operations & Automation team as part of Personal & Business Banking at BMO. The team creates capacity for the branches and ensures operational excellence through transformative programs, project leadership and effective management. A key focus area for the team is Cash Management, which includes escalation support, process optimization and relationship management. Kevin has been at BMO for 16 years and has an Economics degree from York University.
