Reconciliation is often the true operational headache of cash operations. With multiple stakeholders across customers, regulators, internal requirements and external cash vendors, getting reconciliation right is of utmost importance. With new technology, larger networks and variable service from armored vendors, FI reconciliation teams have expanded and workloads often become more manual in nature. Automation needs to be the goal to streamline reconciliation and improve outcomes.
With new technologies such as recycling and ITMs increasing across FIs retail networks, communications and networking across the estate becomes paramount to ensure uptime for customers. This presentation will discuss how communications and networking can be optimized with these new technological challenges in mind.
New operating models such as ATM as a Service and larger packages of managed or outsourced services from cash vendors is changing the ways that banks manage and operate their retail network. We’ll be discussing how this impacts what the future of networks and operations could look like as well as innovations across the supply chain can help make FIs more efficient.
Expert guests from the industry will join us and provide perspectives as we discuss, debate and analyze a range of pertinent topics.
